Contributions can only be presented if at least one author registers. Each registered author can present no more than two contributions, independently of whether they have been submitted as a full-paper or extended abstract.
Every Conference participant must have a valid IAME Membership for 2019 and register in order to attend the Conference.
IAME Membership is obtained either directly from IAME (https://www.mar-economists.org/register/) or via registration for the IAME2019 Conference.
Participants without a valid 2019 IAME Membership register by paying the ‘Non-IAME Member’ fee, which includes IAME membership for 2019.
Participants with a valid IAME Membership for 2019 register by paying the ‘IAME Member Fee’.
Students register at a discounted fee, provided that an official, recent (June 2019) certification, issued in English, signed and stamped by the relevant University service, that will clearly confirm the student status during the Conference dates (25-28 June 2019), is sent to email@example.com.
Accompanying individuals can participate only in Conference social events by registering at a special fee – see Table below.

Registration can take place in two ways:
- Payment via Bank Transfer
Attention! The whole fee must be transferred to the Conference bank account, net of any transaction costs. That is, all transaction costs must be borne entirely by the delegate from the outset in order to avoid administrative delays.

Please confirm money transfer via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , stating your full name, affiliation, bank account number, and type of registration (i.e. IAME Member/Non-Member, etc.).
In case of a Student fee, please also provide via e-mail to email@example.com an official, recent (June 2019) certification, issued in English, signed and stamped by the relevant University service, that will clearly confirm the student status during the Conference dates (25-28 June 2019).

Presenters are expected to register by June 5th or earlier.
Attendees without a presentation are expected to register by June 10th or earlier.
Following the above dates, there will be a 15% surcharge on the announced amounts.
No registration is possible after June 10th
Registration at the Conference Venue will not be possible.
Any cancellation of registered participants should be communicated via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Full refund will be provided for cancellations communicated up to May 30th (inclusive).
Half refund will be provided for cancellations communicated up to June 5th (inclusive).
No refund will be provided for cancellations communicated after June 10th (inclusive).
