Complaint Process

In the context of strengthening the student-centered educational process, as well as the principles of transparency and accountability, a complaint management procedure has been adopted by the students of the MSc in Management Science and Technology. This procedure concerns all complaints related to the quality of the educational and administrative services provided by the MSc.

For the recording of complaints, the "Complaint Submission Form" of the MSc is available, through the website of the MSc (Complaint Submission Form) but also through the Secretariat.

The student fills in the form, in which he records with brevity, clarity and objectivity, the problem - complaint he has, and submits it to the secretariat of the postgraduate program, in printed form.
