Οι κάτοχοι της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνοι για την εξυπηρέτηση αποκλειστικά εισερχομένων κλήσεων και τη διαχείριση αποριών των πελατών σχετικά με προϊόντα Τεχνολογίας, τη διερεύνηση αναγκών, τη διενέργεια προσφοράς, με απώτερο στόχο την πώληση του προϊόντος. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί μεγάλη εξοικείωση με τα προϊόντα Τεχνολογίας, ειδικά για Η/Υ, smartphones, tablets, τηλεοράσεις και φωτογραφικές μηχανές. As soon as you get on board, we will help you familiarize with the existing code of KYON back-end, so that you quickly become hands-on and productive.
