General Regulations for the Complaints and Appeals procedure of AUEB
In the context of strengthening the student-centered educational process, a student complaint management procedure has been adopted by AUEB. This specific procedure concerns all complaints related to the quality of the educational-administrative services provided by the department and the MSc. After completing the form, the students submit it to the Department's secretariat.
