    The MSc program provides a set of specialized online personalized applications for students, including those secured by AUEB for its student community. The list includes the following specialized online services, portals, and applications:

    1. Electronic Account Creation (UREGISTER)

    After completing your initial registration in the department or your postgraduate program, you must create your electronic account at https://uregister.aueb.gr. During the first stage of account creation, a one-time password (PIN) will be sent either via SMS to your mobile phone or via email to the address you have declared to your Department Secretariat. After completing the process, you will receive a username and select a password. The combination of this username and password constitutes your academic account, which you will use to access AUEB’s electronic services.

    2. Password Change / Recovery (MYPASSWORD)

    You can change or recover your password (if forgotten or lost) at: https://mypassword.aueb.gr.

    Password recovery is completed using the mobile phone number or email address registered with your Department Secretariat.

    3. Student Registry (e-Secretariat)

    The Electronic Secretariat application https://egrammateia.aueb.gr/ is the information system through which students can receive services from the Department Secretariat online.

    Through the electronic secretariat, students can:

    1. Register in the Department each semester,

    2. Declare courses each semester,

    3. Check recorded grades for their courses,

    4. Submit requests to the Secretariat for official certificates (e.g., certificate of studies, transcript of records, certificates for insurance agencies, tax authorities, parents’ employers, employment purposes, etc.).

    4. Email (E-MAIL)

    All students receive an institutional email account in the format: username@aueb.gr. Access to the email account is provided using the username/password of your academic account.

    Email can be managed through an email client (e.g., Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook) according to the instructions available at: https://www.aueb.gr/en/content/rythmiseis-programmatos-ilektronikoy-tahydromeioy ; or, through the webmail interface: https://outlook.aueb.gr.     Students are advised to regularly check their AUEB email during their studies to avoid missing important announcements, updates, or communications related to their academic activities.

    5. E-Learning Platform (ECLASS)

    The Open eClass platform is a comprehensive e-learning management system developed by the Greek Universities Network (GUnet) to support asynchronous distance education services.

    To access the platform for the first time, visit: https://eclass.aueb.gr/. Follow the steps: Basic Options → Registration → Student → Choose one of the two authentication methods (LDAP Authentication or Single Sign On) and enter the username/password activated through: https://uregister.aueb.gr.     6. myAUEB App (Official Mobile Application)

    With the official myAUEB mobile app, you can access the entire university ecosystem from your smartphone.

    The app offers: innovative features, real-time updates, direct communication with instructors, digital interaction with the Secretariat, connection with the labor market, news and announcements, notifications, and personalized account management.

    7. Wireless Network (WiFi)

    Wireless internet access is available throughout the university premises. Connection is provided via the eduroam network, which allows wireless access across institutions worldwide that support eduroam, using your AUEB academic account username and password.

    8. Office 365

    Through AUEB’s subscription to Microsoft Office 365, students can install and use a licensed copy of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) on up to five devices. Additionally, through Office 365 students can use Microsoft Teams to attend remote lectures, courses, workshops, and meetings.

    9. Virtual Private Network (VPN)

    If you are using a computer outside the AUEB network (e.g., at home), you must connect to the AUEB VPN service in order to access services such as the library’s digital resources (books, journals, databases).

    10. Communication – Information – Connection with the AUEB Community (Social Media, AUEB Cast, Virtual Walkthrough, AUEB News)

    Students can stay connected with the AUEB community through the university’s official communication channels.

    AUEB Cast includes webcasts and podcasts covering topics relevant to the university community and the broader public, such as entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, and social responsibility: https://www.aueb.gr/el/content/aueb-cast.

    AUEB also offers a 3D Virtual Walkthrough application, allowing users to explore the university facilities digitally and enhancing accessibility: https://www.aueb.gr/el/content/egkatastaseis.
