Requirements

Applicants are required to submit the following supporting documents:

  • An application form accompanied by one recent photograph.
  • A curriculum vitae.
  • A copy of the undergraduate degree certificate accompanied by an official transcript of records, Diploma Supplement, or a certificate of completion of studies. Final-year undergraduate students may apply provided that they submit a solemn declaration pursuant to Law 1599/1986 stating that their admission is conditional upon successful completion of their degree by the September examination period following their application.
  • Proof of excellent knowledge of the English language. Applicants who do not hold the required qualification at the time of application must submit a solemn declaration pursuant to Law 1599/1986 stating that their admission is conditional upon obtaining the required proof of English language proficiency.
  • Two (2) letters of recommendation from academic referees and/or employers.
  • Proof of professional experience (optional).
  • GMAT or GRE score (optional).

For applicants holding degrees awarded by foreign higher education institutions, the Secretariat of the MSc Program verifies the recognition of the awarding institution through the Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Center (DOATAP), in accordance with the procedures set out in the applicable legislation, in order for the application to be considered eligible for evaluation.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission are the following:

  • Holders of university degrees from Greek or foreign higher education institutions in the fields of natural sciences, engineering, management and economics, computer science, humanities, and visual and fine arts.
  • Proof of English language proficiency at Proficiency level or IELTS (Academic) with a minimum score of 7.0, or a degree awarded by an English-taught university.

In addition to the above minimum criteria, the following may also be taken into consideration during the evaluation process:

  • A minimum undergraduate degree grade equal to or higher than seven out of ten (7.0/10.0).
  • Performance in undergraduate courses relevant to the MSc Program curriculum.
  • The university and department of origin.
  • Research and professional experience.
  • Performance in a personal interview.
  • Letters of recommendation from academic referees or employers.
  • Any distinctions or awards.
