Personal Development 2024–25 | Soft Skills & Ψηφιακός Μετασχηματισμός Θέμα: “Digitalizing HR”

As part of the Personal Development 2024–25 initiative, under the theme Soft Skills & Digital Transformation, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Vivian Brousta to the Digital Transformation Master’s Program at AUEB on May 9.

Her talk on “Digitalizing HR” was one of the most inspiring and integrative presentations of the year!

Ms. Brousta shared invaluable field experience and strategic insights on how human capital and artificial intelligence can effectively coexist, highlighting the role of innovative leadership and the power of human thought in synergy with automation.
