Welcome to the website of the research project HRM in SMEs.
The research project "HRM in SMEs" aims at examining Human Resource Management (HRM) in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). In particular, the main objective of the project is to investigate and suggest the best HRM practices that are associated with organizational performance and innovation.
The research work is supported by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (H.F.R.I.) under the “First Call for H.F.R.I. Research Projects to support Faculty members and Researchers and the procurement of high-cost research equipment grant” (Project Number:1683), and is conducted, by the Athens University of Economics and Business, in collaboration with universities from Ireland (Limerick University), Cyprus (Cyprus University) and UK (Cranfield University). It is also supported by the IME-GSEVEE (Research Center of the Hellenic Confederation of Professional, Craftsmen and Merchants).
