Prof. Dr. Phoebe Koundouri (AUEB, LSE, ATHENA,  ICRE8) is invited by the Research Center for Atmospheric Physics and Climatology of the Academy of Athens to participate as a Speaker at the Delphi Economic Forum IV, 2019 entitled: “Inclusive Growth”. The Forum will take place in historic Delphi, Greece, a UNESCO world heritage site, from February 28th to March 3rd, 2019. The Forum creates a platform for dialogue and communication among prominent personalities from the world of governance, academia and business and has emerged as one of the most important Fora in South-East Europe. During its last iteration in March 2018, more than 400 speakers addressed 55 topics and 2.100 participants attended the Forum. You can find a selection of prominent past speakers for your perusal (for more information please visit here ). The Delphi Economic Forum, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, is convened annually under the auspices of H.E. the President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos and assembles distinguished personalities and leaders from around the world to deepen understanding on the major issues impacting the global community, the EU and wider Mediterranean Region. In next year’s Forum, the effect of climate change and its consequences to the Economy and to the Environment will form a separate session which will take place on March 2nd, 2019.
