NIKI PHILLIPS

Ms. Nikki Phillips completed her basic studies in Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Humanities and a Masters Degree from La Trobe University, Melbourne. He holds a PhD from the Hellenic Open University in the field of Adult Education with a research object of Experiential Learning for the Development of Social Skills of Business Executives and Human Resources. She has been a Consultant-Professor for a number of years at the Hellenic Open University (in the Adult Education Master's Program and in the Education Studies Master's Program), at the Cyprus Open University (Educational Sciences Master's Program) and at the University of Piraeus (Digital Systems Master's Program). For 17 years (1995-2012) she worked as Director of Training & Human Resources Development at the Bank of Cyprus Greece. Since 1989, she has been training adults for the development of Social Skills and has been working as a trainer and scientific consultant with national and private adult education bodies (ETI, EDEE, IDEKE, GSEVEE, CANEP GSEE, EKEPIS, EOPPEP, EKDAA, KETHEA, etc.), but also as an author of scientific texts and educational manuals concerning the field of adult education in general and the training and certification of adult educators. She is a certified Trainer and Evaluator of adult trainers by EKEPIS/EOPPEP (2006) and by the international organization D. Kirkpatrick. He has written a large number of articles in the wider field of pedagogical science which have been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, while he has participated in national and international scientific conferences. In particular, her writing and research work focuses on the Design and Evaluation of Educational Programs, Teacher Training, Experiential Learning and the development of Social Skills as fields of Pedagogical Science. He has translated books in the field of Adult Education (from and to Greek-English). He founded Skills (experiential HR training for organizations) in September 2012.
