- When are the full-time and part-time classes held and at what times?

Full-time program: Classes in the full-time program take place Monday–Friday from 9:00–12:00 and/or 12:00–15:00 and/or 15:00–18:00 and/or 18:00–21:00. Some courses may also be held on Saturday from 9:00–12:00 and/or 12:00–15:00.
Part-time program: Classes in the part-time program take place Monday–Friday from 18:00–21:00. Some courses may also be held on Saturday from 9:00–12:00 and/or 12:00–15:00. Classes are usually held 2–3 times per week.
There is a possibility that certain courses may be jointly taught to both full-time and part-time students. - How is the course schedule structured by semester and teaching period?

Compulsory courses worth five (5) ECTS credits consist of 12 lectures. Compulsory courses worth two and a half (2.5) ECTS credits consist of 8 or 6 lectures.
- When are the examination periods?

In both the full-time and part-time programs, examinations are held four times during each academic year: December/January, April, June/July, and September.
- How many courses must I complete to fulfill the degree requirements?
- Compulsory courses: nine (9) courses worth five (5) ECTS each and six (6) courses worth two and a half (2.5) ECTS each, corresponding to a total of 60 ECTS credits.
A thesis or field study project worth an additional 30 ECTS credits. - What is the tuition payment schedule?

The total cost of the program for both full-time and part-time students is €7,200. This amount includes tuition, access to software and tools, and participation in various events.
Full-Time Program:
1st installment: €1,500 (upon registration)
2nd installment: €2,850 (by the end of December)
3rd installment: €2,850 (by the end of March)Part-Time Program:
1st installment: €500 (upon registration)
2nd installment: €1,800 (by the end of December)
3rd installment: €1,800 (by the end of March)
4th installment: €1,800 (by the end of December)
5th installment: €1,300 (by the end of March) - When do classes begin?

Classes begin in September of each academic year, preceded by a 1–2 week period of preparatory courses. Attendance of preparatory courses is optional.
- Can I attend classes remotely?

Classes are conducted in person.
- What is the absence limit?

According to the Study Regulations, the absence limit is one-third (1/3) of total lectures.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION
- Can I submit my application if I have not yet received my undergraduate degree?

Yes. An applicant may apply even if they have not yet received their undergraduate degree. If the application is accepted, the offer is conditional upon submitting a certificate of completion of undergraduate studies by the September resit examination period of the current academic year.
- Can I submit my application if I do not yet have a C1 or C2 English proficiency certificate?
- Yes. An applicant may apply even if they have not yet obtained a C1 or C2 English language certificate. If the application is accepted, the offer is conditional upon submitting such a certificate by July of the current academic year.
- If I have a recommendation letter, can I attach it to my application?

Recommendation letters must be confidential. Therefore, the applicant should not be aware of their content.
- How are recommendation letters submitted?

Recommendation letters are submitted exclusively through the online application system.
- How can I be sure that a recommendation letter has been submitted by the person whose details I provided?

Through the application system, in the section for recommendation letters.
- If I submit my application on the last day of a cycle, will the recommendation letters still be submitted on time?

The deadline for submitting recommendation letters is one week after the end date of each application cycle.
