"Some educational experiences give you knowledge, while others encourage you to rethink what you thought you already knew. For me, the Educational Sciences and Education Studies Programme at the Athens University of Economics and Business belongs to the latter. Throughout the two semesters of the programme, I came to realise that education is not simply a process governed by a set of rules, but an ongoing dialogue between the educator, the learner, and society. Every course, discussion, and different perspective became an opportunity to look at the role of the educator with greater thoughtfulness, critical awareness, and genuine interest. What I value most from the programme is not only the knowledge I gained, but the way I learned to put that knowledge into perspective and use it meaningfully. Because, ultimately, perhaps the most important purpose of education is not to provide us with ready-made answers, but to teach us how to ask the right questions. Completing the programme has been an important step in my educational journey, providing me not only with valuable knowledge and skills, but also with the reminder that every educator has the potential to leave a meaningful mark on another person’s journey."
