Completion of the innovative action "Education, Entrepreneurship and Culture" for the academic year 2021-2022 between the Study Program in the Sciences of Education and Education of the O.P.A., the Association "Diazoma" and the collaborating bodies

Towards the end of the spring semester of the academic year 2021-2022, an important moment for the completion of the innovative actions of this academic year was the meeting of the Scientific Committee to evaluate the group work of the students who took part in the innovative action " Education, Entrepreneurship and Culture", which is being successfully implemented for the fifth consecutive academic year by the Education and Training Sciences Program of the Athens University of Economics and Business, the "Diazoma" Association, the OPA Innovation & Entrepreneurship Unit (AceIn) and the economic educational magazine "Xenophon".

The meeting of the Scientific Committee was held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 under the coordination of the Scientific Manager and Teacher of the Program, Dr. Vasiliki Brinia, while on behalf of the collaborating organizations participated: Dr. Mary Belogianni, responsible for the educational programs of the "Diazoma" Association, Ms. Georgia Manolopoulou, MSc Ph. Dc Museologist - member of the Board of Directors of the "Diazoma" Association, and Mr. Georgios Tziros, economist-educator, representative of the economic educational magazine "Xenophon".

The topic that the students were asked to investigate as part of their assignments was: "Proposals for the utilization of the cultural stock of Eleusis in the context of the Athenian trilogy". After participating in a series of educational activities in the context of the innovative action throughout the spring semester, but also having constant interaction with the academic partners of the action, the prospective teachers presented a research result of a particularly high level. The research carried out by the students will, in fact, be added to the already important research surrounding the highlighting of the most important aspects of the city of Eleusis in the context of the Athenian trilogy that has been carried out by the prospective teachers of previous academic years, and will illuminate in the best way initiatives to highlight this cultural wealth in view of 2023, the year for which Elefsina has already received the anointing of the European Capital of Culture.

Out of a total of 9 group projects, those that were evaluated with the highest score by the Scientific Committee of the Action and are expected to be presented by the students at the upcoming "Upper Diazoma" event in the Fall are in order:

1h) The work on the utilization of the "Traditional Industrial Buildings KRONOS", which is the result of the collaboration of the students: Evangelos Zoumas, Ioannas Koukis, Irinis Boukouvala, Elviras Skouladas and Klios Papamatthaiakis.

2nd) The paper on the "Cultural Routes of Elefsina", which was edited by the students: Evangelia Vratsanou, Nefeli-Andriani Theodosis, Ioanna Tsakas, Simeon Tsarouhas and Nikolaos Tsikalas.

3rd) The work on the topic of "Centre for the Development of Skills and Innovation", which is the result of the collaboration of the students: Maria Patakaki, Nikolaou-Aristoteli Pateraki, Eleftheriou Saketou, Panagioti-Ioannis Tsamboukou and Ioulia Tsagaris.

The awarding and presentation of the above works will take place on a date to be announced by DIAZOMA, while the members of the Scientific Committee of the Action have renewed their appointment for the next academic year, during which the focus of the research of the new prospective teachers will be the cultural reserve of the city of Lavrion, which had also experienced a significant heyday in the context of the Athenian trilogy.
