GLOBE

    Στη μακροχρόνια έρευνα GLOBE (Global Leadership & Organizational Behavior Effectiveness project) που ξεκίνησε το 1994 συνεργάζονται πάνω από 200 ερευνητές σε περισσότερες από 60 χώρες του κόσμου στη μελέτη της αποτελεσματικότητας της ηγεσίας. Πρόκειται για ένα από τα πλέον ευρεία και αναγνωρισμένα διαχρονικά ερευνητικά εγχειρήματα στον χώρο των κοινωνικών επιστημών. Από το συγκεκριμένο εγχείρημα έχουν προκύψει 3 κλασσικά πλέον βιβλία αναφοράς για την ηγεσία και την κουλτούρα και πάνω από 500 επιστημονικά άρθρα. (περισσότερες πληροφορίες...)

    Η Ελλάδα, με πρωτοβουλία της πρώτης Διευθύντριας του Εργαστηρίου ΔΑΔ, ομότιμης καθηγήτριας Νάνσυ Παπαλεξανδρή, εκπροσωπείται στην έρευνα GLOBE από την έναρξή του. Το 2019, με την επιστημονική ευθύνη των μελών του εργαστηρίου, Ελεάννας Γαλανάκη και Νάνσυ Παπαλεξανδρή, συγκεντρώθηκαν δεδομένα για την πιο πρόσφατη φάση της έρευνας, GLOBE2020.
