Course/teaching evaluation

    Dear student,

    The end of every teaching period in the undergraduate Programs is connected with the course/teaching evaluation, a process that mainly benefits you - the recipient of the educational work.

    Through your mobile phone, you can easily participate in the evaluation of the courses you have registered.

    Instructions for completing the questionnaire

    The student:

    1. Visits the link https://e-grammateia.aueb.gr using the institutional credentials, and changes the language to English.
    2. Selects the "Evaluation" menu
    3. The courses to be evaluated can be found through the menu Questionnaires -> Student information-> My courses
    4. Under the "Actions" field, selects the pencil button
    5. Fills the questionnaire and submits it by pressing the button "Submit Answers" and then the button "OK"
    6. By pressing the "List" button, returns to the list of the rest of the courses.
    7. If a questionnaire has been submitted, it is displayed as "Completed".
    8. The questionnaire is not available for completion after the expiration of the evaluation period.

    The rating is anonymous

    The links are generated in a random way and lead to the completion of the questionnaires outside the portal, so that it is impossible to associate the participants with the submitted answers.

    Regarding the results of the evaluations, each teacher is notified individually, the Director of the Master's Program is notified in detail, and aggregated statistics are published on the Quality Assurance Unit website after the end of the academic year.
