Guest Lecture: DoValue
As part of the course "Customer-Centric Information Systems," taught by Professor Georgios Lekakos, the MSc in Management Science and Technology hosted doValue and Mr. Konstantinos Fraidakis, Senior Manager of Business Intelligence Data Architecture. Mr. Fraidakis offered postgraduate students a unique opportunity to delve into topics such as customer segmentation and strategy.
During the lecture, Mr. Fraidakis and the doValue team shared valuable insights into the importance of customer segmentation in service-oriented organizations. They also presented ways to leverage advanced technologies to improve accuracy and strategic planning while highlighting the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in data management and process evolution.
It was a remarkable experience for our students to engage in discussions and exchange ideas with industry professionals, exploring the intersection of technology, strategy, and data management in the financial sector.
