The School of Business of Athens University of Economics and Business is among the top 300 Business Schools in the world: The only Greek "Business School" in the "4 Palmes" League

The "Eduniversal" international ranking list has published the 1,000 best "Business Schools" from 153 countries for 2023. The ranking list evaluates the "Business Schools" taking into account: a) the international influence and the reputation of each educational institution, b) the academic certifications, c) the positions they occupy in a variety of other rankings, d) their participation in international and national educational organizations and e) the votes of the Rectors of the 1,000 participating "Business Schools".

By using these criteria, the classification of "Business Schools" in five (5) categories of distinction is achieved. The School of Business of Athens University of Economics and Business received 4 distinctive stars that rank it in the second highest category ("4 Palmes League - Top Business Schools with significant international influence") of the list and was evaluated in the 300 best Business Schools in the world! The School of Business of Athens University of Economics and Business was the only "Business School" of the Hellenic University that was classified in the category "4 Palmes" among distinguished "Business Schools" with a related subject.

On the occasion of this important distinction, the Vice-Rector for Research Professor Vassilis Vasdekis stated: "The recent ranking published by Eduniversal, which places the School of Business Administration of AUEB - the oldest and most famous School of Business in Greece - among the top 300 "Business Schools" in the world, completes a series of distinctions for AUEB that primarily honors our country and the work of the University is outstanding."
