    Economic approach to human behavior. Law and Economics: History-Introduction. Basic tools and theories. The Coase Theorem. Property rights theory and transaction cost economics. Economics of Contract Law. Tort Law and Economics. Economics of Crime. The Law and Economics of Marriage, Family and Divorce. Public choice and constitutional economics. The institutional framework for economic development. Alternative approaches and behavioral economics.
