CSR-CUTL Officially Launches

The CSR-CUTL project officially commenced on 1 July 2025. Funded by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI/ELIDEK), the project investigates how culture shapes consumer responses to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Over its 36-month duration, the research team will conduct a series of experimental studies across culturally diverse contexts, focusing on the role of cultural dimensions in shaping consumers’ moral evaluations, emotions, and support for socially responsible companies.

CSR-CUTL Receives Funding from HFRI/ELIDEK

The research project Consumer Responses to CSR: Does Culture Matter? (CSR-CUTL) was selected for funding by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI/ELIDEK) under the 3rd Call for HFRI Research Projects to Support Faculty Members and Researchers. The project is coordinated by the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), with the Open University of Cyprus (OUC) participating as a collaborating institution. CSR-CUTL aims to advance knowledge in consumer behavior, CSR, marketing, and cultural psychology, while generating insights for businesses and policymakers operating in culturally diverse environments.
