Μεταδιδακτορική Έρευνα στην Οργανωσιακή Συμπεριφορά

Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics (CLSBE) invites applications for a one-year postdoctoral research fellowship in Organizational Behavior, starting April 2014. The Research Fellow will work on a quantitative research project titled “Triggering positive spirals at work: Emotional expression and positive feedback”. The project, funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology, examines the effects of online interventions aimed at training people to instill positive energy in others, with a focus on emotional expression. Candidates should have relevant expertise as well as a doctoral degree in social, work, or organizational psychology, organizational behavior, or another relevant field. Continuity beyond the initial one-year contract is possible but not guaranteed.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, vita, letters of recommendation, samples of written work, and a copy of their doctoral degree and university transcript, via e-mail, until February 13, 2014.
